Hi, I’m Morgan! Life is unpredictable, and it can be messy. We all face challenges that can feel overwhelming at times. Many of my clients come to me dealing with trauma, BPD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, and life transitions. Some are navigating the complexities of personality disorders, or simply feeling stuck in the stresses of everyday life. I primarily work with individuals 18+ who are looking for guidance as they process personal challenges and make meaningful life changes.
I incorporate DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) to help manage emotions and improve relationships, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) for identifying and challenging negative thought patterns, and Psychodynamic to explore the deeper roots of behavior. In addition, I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help process trauma and alleviate emotional distress.
My goal is to provide a safe, understanding environment where you can explore your identity, find solutions to life’s challenges, and move toward a healthier, more balanced life.
