KEGAN ENGLAND

Knowing where we are is not where we want to be can be overwhelming and often disheartening. This sense of overwhelm can seem unending, especially when we don’t know where or how to take steps toward our goals. However, what we often forget is that this is
something that we don’t have to do alone. Sometimes all we need is a helping hand to guide us through that first step. This is something that Kegan understands and hopes to provide for others as they start their mental health journey.

By centering her practice on teaching useful coping strategies through the lens of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Kegan hopes to help clients build the confidence and the skills they need to build a life they are proud of. Additionally, Kegan uses IFS/Parts Work-informed practices to help clients process past traumas, stress, and hurt, therefore allowing the client to reclaim control over their life.

Kegan hopes to provide a warm and welcoming environment to help clients feel comfortable and safe as they navigate through life. She is welcoming to all identities and backgrounds and understands the importance of guiding individuals in a way that is best suited for them. Kegan hopes that the skills learned within sessions are one’s that individuals can carry with them throughout their life, allowing them to believe in their ability to make positive change.
