Nikki Lavarias is a graduate student at Asbury Theological Seminary working on her MA in Mental Health Counseling. She is eager to meet with clients who have experienced/are experiencing anxiety, sexual trauma, depression, self-esteem issues, and grief.

Nikki enjoys meeting with adolescents and young adults from all races, ethnicities, genders, and cultural backgrounds. Her aim is to create an environment that will help bring healing and wholeness to others as they experience positive regard, understanding, and empathy in a safe space.

The approaches that she enjoys integrating into sessions include Humanistic & Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Internal Family Systems Theory. Nikki longs to be a listening ear and a present help in order to empower you to navigate your current pain, to explore that which lies behind, and to look forward with curiosity into your future.
