  • The Kansas City Anti-Violence Project: The Kansas City Anti-Violence Project is a nonprofit organization that provides a variety of services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, including counseling, legal assistance, and advocacy. 
  • The Missouri Coalition Against Domestic Violence: The Missouri Coalition Against Domestic Violence is a statewide organization that provides support, training, and advocacy for victims of domestic violence. 
  • Rose Brooks Center 816-861-6100: The Rose Brookes Center is a nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive services to victims of domestic violence, their children, and even their pets. 
  • Synergy House/Safe Haven 816-321-7050: A part of Synergy services, they offer crisis intervention, shelter, counseling, advocacy, and education.
  • Newhouse 816-471-5800: Newhouse is an 88-bed facility giving safe housing and vital support services to domestic violence victims and their families.
